5. If you are a Timeshare owner, and deposit a week or weeks with Dial An Exchange, we will contact your resort management company to verify your ownership, that your maintenance fees are paid, and that such weeks have not been allocated to any other person or company.
6. When you make a reservation with Dial An Exchange, we notify your destination resort or holiday property owner of your name only. We do not disclose your holiday property ownership details.
7. After your holiday, if you fill in the comment/feedback form, then we may use your comments for promotional use and passthem on to the relevant resort management or holiday property owner, in the interest of maintaining a high standard of holiday.
8. When you click on external links within the dialanexchange.com web site, you leave the area controlled by Dial An Exchange Ltd. Whilst we make every effort to provide you with links to high quality reputable web sites, these are not under our control.
